Multi-day
Concurrent flights, separate directors.
Every flight, day and final table is its own room with its own clock, its own lease and its own director. Day 1A and Day 1B run at once. Registration closes across all flights together, one live entry per player is enforced across them, and the prize pool and payouts are computed once for the whole event.
Bagging
Bag-and-tag by denomination. Day 2 redraw, proven.
Bags are sealed with a count by denomination and reclaimed on Day 2; chips are conserved through the bags or the discrepancy is shown with a delta. The redraw is seeded and recorded so a challenged seat can be replayed. The cross-flight chip leader board is on the wall before the last bag is sealed.
Dealer stations
A station at every table.
A dealer's own phone with a grant that expires with the session, or a venue iPad on a stand bound to a table for good. Hand-for-hand completes from the table, so the bubble resolves correctly. A bust at the table is one tap. Chip counts at bag time and colour-ups come from the person who counted them. A compromised station can mis-bust one table, reversibly, and nothing else.
Screens
Forty screens, one panel.
Name every screen, group them by section, point any of them at any event's clock, payouts, seating, a playlist or the sponsor reel, from the floor. Apple TV for permanent installs, a browser on a stick for the rest. Overscan and brightness are calibrated per screen; the clock digits are a quarter of the screen tall.
Cash games
Lists and seats. No money.
Games by variant and stakes, first come first served, call-downs by push, web push or text, no-show rules the venue sets, seat changes and must-move tables proposed and never forced. The list is on the podium screen and on every player's phone. Felt records no cash-game buy-in, rake or time charge: the cage does that, and Felt has nothing to hold.
Control room
Room-held lease when the venue wants it.
A control room does not want an iPad in someone's hand to be the truth. Set the venue to room-held and the cloud object sequences every command while every director's device sends intents. Lose the internet and an iPad can still take over locally, after a person confirms it.
