These terms cover your use of feltpoker.uk. The product, when it is available, will have its own terms of service for venues, league operators and players.
Using this site
You may browse this site and join the waitlist. You may not attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not offered publicly, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to submit forms.
What the site describes
This site describes a product that is being built. Features, sequencing and pricing shape are described as designed and may change before or after launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and joining the waitlist creates no contract and no obligation on either side.
Gambling
Felt is tournament management software. It does not accept stakes, hold player money, pay prizes or take any share of a prize pool, and nothing on this site is an invitation to gamble. Venues and organisers are responsible for running their games lawfully.
Intellectual property
The Felt name, mark and the content of this site are ours. The typefaces Archivo and IBM Plex are used under the SIL Open Font License. You may quote from the site with attribution.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on its contents, to the extent the law allows us to exclude it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
