Privacy notice
This notice covers feltpoker.uk, the marketing site. The product itself is not yet available; when it is, it will carry its own notice covering venues, leagues and players.
Who we are
Felt is the trading name of the company that builds this product. You can reach us at hello@feltpoker.uk for anything in this notice, including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
What this site collects
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store the email address you give us, the kind of room you told us you run, the venue or league name if you added one, the page you signed up from, the time, and the country your connection appeared to come from. We use it for one purpose: to tell you when Felt is available and to ask, occasionally, whether you would like to try it early. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to anything else.
The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw by emailing us. We keep waitlist entries until Felt launches or for twelve months, whichever comes first, and then delete them unless you have asked us to keep in touch.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider records requests briefly for security and to keep the site running: the address a request came from, the page asked for, and the browser's description of itself. These logs are kept for a short period and are not combined with the waitlist.
What we do not collect
There are no analytics scripts, tracking pixels or advertising tags on this site, and no third-party fonts or embeds. The site sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may set a cookie of its own for security purposes when it needs to tell a browser from a bot.
Where it is kept
The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare's developer platform. Waitlist entries are held in Cloudflare storage on our behalf and may be replicated across Cloudflare's network; the product's own data will be pinned to storage in the European Union, and we will move the waitlist there before launch.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to our using it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with our answer. Email hello@feltpoker.uk and we will reply within a month.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update this page and the date below. Material changes to how the waitlist is used will be emailed to the people on it before they take effect.
